1.How long will it take to produce an order?
It is at least 30-45days for the purchasing and production time with container order and 7-10 days for the sample. The reason why we take it long is purely guarantee the quality.
2. What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order quantity is 500 Pieces for wooden box,?1000 pieces for plastic box, 2000 pieces for paper box, Display & Tray and large jewelry cases can be ordered singularly.
3. What form of quotation do you offer?
Offer the competitive price according to your sample. We can offer the price of FOB, price of CIF. FOB is the port of Shenzhen/China; CIF is the port where you appoint.
4. What is your payment term?
Payment is40% deposit 60% balance on T/T before delivery or L/C at sight for the container order. 100% T/T in advance for the sample order. We accept US dollar and RMB.
5. Does Hengjiang do custom boxes?
Hengjiang specializes in custom packaging to fit your need and image. In general a minimum custom order is 1,000 pieces.
6. Does the sample for free or not?
You have to pay the sample charge first, but we will return to you when you play order to us.
7. Can I get a catalog from you?
Yes, We can send it by e-mail. Hard-copy (printed catalogs) can also be sent on request, but it will take time to reach you and please pay the postage. It can also be sent by e-mail duly scanned.
8. Do I get a price break if I order in large quantities?
Yes, this is according to your quantity.
9. How do you to package the product?
Regarding the packaging. It is sturdy, foolproof, sea-worthy. Our buyers in different continents world-wide are fully satisfied with packaging. An item is covered by 0.5mm EPE or Bubble Bag or PP bag, followed by White Box or paper sleeve, third layer is inner box(W3C),the last layer is Carton (A三A). That will be protected the goods without any damage on the transportation.
10. How are the orders shipped?
By sea. We arrange up to the port of departure or port of destination (Shipment/ freight to be paid by the buyer
